A lovely, clean, well equipped hostel with fabulous hard working staff, particularly the cleaner, he never stops & keeps the place in pristine condition. When I arrived, I'd lost my purse & was in a state of anxiety & ranting. The receptionist couldn't have possibly been more helpful, kind & understanding of my stress. Also, when I wanted to change rooms due to a personal issue, the staff were understanding, descrete & respectful. The hostel is a safe space with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Staff of this accomodation was extremely helpful and kind, the age limit guarantees a great opportunity to meet fellow travelers. I loved spending dinners on the balcony watching the buzz in Via Roma and also meeting people from all over the world. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The dorm room was clean, comfortable, with decent amount of storage for my belongings. The beds were cozy, plus, the bathrooms were adequately clean, which I really appreciated.

I loved the shared space with couches etc. where you could meet other young people, I appreciate the age limit and the female-only room option. The bedroom was clean and well kept - I liked the bathroom a lot, it allowed enough privacy despite being shared. There were also all the extra things travellers would need which is great (shampoos, blow dryers…) The staff was very young and friendly too. I felt safe and welcomed there from the moment I stepped in. And the location of this hostel? Absolutely perfect!

Really good location ,,staff is super helpful,, and not making noise ,,peaceful place ,,in this hostel ,,you have all you need ,,main train or bus station is on walking 3 minutes ,,town bus 101 station to central street is in front of hostel ,, to anywhere,, to Mondello beach too ,,kitchen is super and it close late 1 am,,so you have freedom with time,,I have rely good time and relax in Balarm hostel ,, all best to those people

Close to the city center and train station Breakfast is good Kitchen is well equiped You have enough baths Common space is very nice,you have also a bar Street view was very good from the balconies

The workers are really friendly and nice. My room felt very clean and had some AC which was necessary for the heat outside. I had lots of space for storage and could use the lockers to store my laptop and other small valuables. The location is perfect, close the the train station and the historic part of town which was very convenient. I felt like it was a really good value for money and would definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at PALARM Hostel in Palermo for an extended 29-night stay, and I can't say enough about what an incredible experience it was. From the moment I arrived to the day I departed, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Warmest Welcome and Exceptional Staff: From the get-go, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and it felt like coming home. A heartfelt shoutout to HACHAN and his lovely wife, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They truly treat their guests like family. Prime Location: PALARM Hostel boasts a prime location in the heart of Palermo, making it the perfect hub for exploring this beautiful city. I could easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, which was a huge plus for a traveler like me. Clean and Cozy Accommodations: The hostel itself is spotless and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the common areas are cozy, making it easy to meet other travelers. I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. Community Vibes: PALARM Hostel has a fantastic communal atmosphere. I had the opportunity to connect with fellow travelers from around the world, sharing stories and experiences over a delicious breakfast or evening drink. Helpful Recommendations: HACHAN and his wife, Catalina and Alejandro were always ready with local insights and recommendations, which helped me make the most of my time in Palermo. From hidden gems to the best local eateries, their advice was invaluable. Long-Stay Perks: The hostel offered various amenities and services that made my extended stay even more enjoyable. From laundry facilities to a well-equipped kitchen, everything was catered to long-term guests. In summary, my 29-night stay at PALARM Hostel was an absolute delight. I departed with a heavy heart, knowing I had to leave this charming place and its wonderful staff.

Very well located - near to the station (5 mins walk) and then another 5 mins to the main sites in the centre of Palermo. A large Lidl is 2 mins away. In fairly good condition for the city and attentive staff. Late checkin available at a fee. Plenty of lockers in and out of the room.

The location is perfect near many sights, bus station for mondello, central trainstation, lidl is 2 min away, they offer Tupperware boxes which is also very helpful haha, very clean for a hostel, bathrooms and toilets were cleaned twice a day, there's AC and a big van in the rooms, you can have breakfast freshly brought in the morning on the cute little terraces, there's also a bar with drinks and I was very lucky with the volunteers, especially Emma <3 they really made this experience enjoyable for me as a alone traveling girl! I had so much fun, thank you guys! Only young people! Definitely recommend
